As a first-generation American, I embody the resilience and work ethic instilled by my parents, who left their homelands to build a new life here. Their journey inspires my passion for hard work. This drive extends to my dedication to continuous learning and self-growth, as well as my involvement in volunteer work aimed at making a positive impact in the community.
This same determination and commitment to improvement is evident in my professional life. In my role as a solutions engineer, I consistently encountered a significant gap between management and the engineering team. Regardless of their backgrounds, engineers universally voiced frustrations over unrealistic expectations and deadlines set by managers who lacked firsthand experience in their roles. Conversely, stakeholders often seemed disconnected from the challenges faced by the management team.
Recognizing this pervasive issue, I identified an opportunity to bridge these gaps between Stakeholders, Management, and Engineers. Driven by my passion for problem-solving, I embarked on a journey to enact meaningful change. I focused on improving communication, enhancing operational efficiency, and refining documentation practices to foster a more cohesive and productive environment for all involved.
Now transitioning from Engineer to Project Manager, I am dedicated to leveraging my experiences to drive successful project outcomes. Join me on this journey as I apply my expertise to unite teams, streamline processes, and ensure project success.
As a Solutions Engineer in the capacity of Project Manager/Region Lead, responsibilities encompass ensuring projects achieve 100% deliverables within budget. This involves successful training implementation and direct client engagement for timely issue resolution. Mitigating risks is crucial to maintaining stakeholder retention, alongside weekly status updates with the team to keep everyone informed and aligned.
As a Level 1 and later Level 2 Technician at NRTC, I specialized in resolving residential and business Internet issues across diverse setups like Fixed wireless, Fiber, DSL, and Cable. I managed over 300 client relationships, addressing connectivity challenges and ensuring adherence to stakeholder protocols. My role expanded to include troubleshooting email systems, cable TV, and streaming services, utilizing advanced tools such as Calix Cloud systems to optimize network performance and enhance client satisfaction.
